Time for some new blog posts!

So it's been almost a year since I posted a blog, but after talking with my Uncle the other day, I decided I need to do this more often and share my expierences of having a child with developmental delays. What I'm really looking to get out of this is the ability to maybe help another mom out there who is in my shoe's but doesn't know where to go or what to do. I've been fortunate enough to have been given a family that provides my strong support system for me and Maddox though I know not all women are that lucky. Maybe I can be their support system! That's really my reason for going back to school....I want to advocate for other parents. It's been a long but rewarding road for Maddox and I. I've probably learned more in the 5 1/2 years I've been a mom than thee whole time I was in school as a kid!

Each day (or every other day) I'll post about a new topic starting at the beginning from when Maddox was a newborn. I hope this information will reach someone who needs it and help their family out.
